About CYYHF
China Yongda Automobiles Services Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in the sale of automobiles and provision of after-sales services, provision of automobile operating lease services, and distribution of automobile insurance products and automobile financial products. The Company operates through two segments. The Passenger Vehicle Sales and Services segment is engaged in the sales of passenger vehicles and provision of after-sales services including primarily repair and maintenance services, certain auxiliary passenger vehicles sales related services and provision of other passenger vehicles-related services. The Automobile Operating Lease Services segment is engaged in the business leasing of automobiles. The Company primarily conducts its businesses in domestic market.
