Charter Hall Group is an integrated property company. The principal activities of the Company includes the investment in property funds and property funds management. The Company deploys, manages and invests equity across core real estate sectors including in office, retail, industrial and social infrastructure. The Company operates through its three segments: Property investments, Development investments and Property funds management. Property investments segment comprises investments in property funds. Property investments are classified into the various real estate sectors including office, industrial, retail, diversified and social infrastructure. Development investments segment comprises investments in development. Property funds management segment comprises investment management services and property management services.
