China Traditional Chinese Medicine Holdings Co Ltd is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the traditional Chinese medicines (TCM) business. The Company operates its business through four segments. Yi Fang segment mainly manufactures and sales of concentrated TCM granules (CTCMG), TCM healthcare products, and TCM decoction pieces. Tian Jiang segment mainly manufactures and sales of CTCMG, TCM decoction pieces, and TCM healthcare products. The segment also provides Chinese medical related healthcare solutions, including Chinese medical consultation and diagnosis, TCM physiotherapy, and prescription with CTCMG and others, through its offline medical institutions. Tong Ji Tang segment mainly manufactures and sales of CTCMG, TCM decoction pieces and TCM finished drugs. The segment also manufactures and sales of healthcare products in great health industry. Medi-World segment mainly manufactures and sales of TCM finished drugs and provision of TCM Healthcare Solutions.
