Shaftesbury Capital PLC is a United Kingdom-based real estate investment trust, which invests in London's West End, including Covent Garden, Carnaby, Soho, and Chinatown. Its property portfolio is a mix of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, apartments and offices. Its properties are close to the main West End Underground stations and transport hubs for the Elizabeth Line. Its Covent Garden portfolio spans approximately 1.5 million square feet (sq ft) of lettable space across historic streets and courtyards and is home to over 228 shops, as well as over 190 food and beverage concepts. Carnaby and Soho is an internationally renowned district with a bustling day-to-night restaurant scene. This portfolio comprises over 0.9 million sq ft of space, which consists of over 147 shops and 103 food and beverage concepts. Chinatown portfolio comprises approximately 0.4 million sq ft, as well as over 44 shops and 99 food and beverage concepts. Its subsidiaries are Chinatown London Ltd and others.
