The Hong Kong segment engages in the sale of Chinese medicine products and healthcare products and provision of Chinese medical consultation and treatments through retail outlets as well as wholesale of Chinese medicine products in Hong Kong. It is also involved in the royalty fee income from overseas entities using the brand of Tong Ren Tang. The Mainland China segment engages in the wholesale of healthcare products in Mainland China and the sole distribution of Tong Ren Tang branded products of Tong Ren Tang Technologies and Tong Ren Tang Ltd. to customers outside Mainland China. The Overseas segment engages in the retail and wholesale of Chinese medicine products and healthcare products and the provision of Chinese medical consultation and treatments in other overseas countries.
