It is focused on discovering high-grade, magmatic nickel-copper-PGM deposits in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and epithermal gold-silver deposits in Nevada. It is engaged in exploring the LM Property for high-grade nickel-copper-platinum-palladium deposits. It holds interest in the Voyageur Lands, a separate magmatic nickel-copper-PGM exploration, which covers more than 360 square miles in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It owns 100% of the 240-claim Nighthawk Property in the central Walker Lane gold belt in Esmeralda County, Nevada, which covers an area of over 4,800 acres. The LM Property is prospective for conduit-hosted nickel-copper-platinum-palladium mineralization and is located 25 km to the east. It also holds an interest in the Voyageur Lands nickel/copper exploration joint venture with Altius Minerals Corporation.
