Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited is the owner, developer and manager of real estate in New Zealand’s city centers, Auckland and Wellington. Its segments include Investment properties, Flexible space, Hotel and hospitality, and Investment management. The Investment properties segment is engaged in investment in predominately prime central business district properties. The Flexible space segment is engaged in the operation of co-working and shared office and event space. The Hotel and hospitality segment is engaged in the operation of hospitality venues. The Investment management segment is focused on the management of real estate investments. Its Auckland properties include HSBC Tower, Jarden House, PwC Tower, and others. Its Wellington properties include Charles Fergusson Building, AON Centre, Defence House, 30 Waring Taylor Street, and others. Jarden House is located at 21 Queen Street, right on the corner of Te Komititanga and at the entrance to Commercial Bay.
