The Company is focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of lithium projects located in tier-one North American mining jurisdictions. The Company has a 100% interest in two lithium projects in Nevada’s lithium hotspot: Clayton Valley. Highlands West is the Company’s flagship Clayton Valley lithium project. Its Highlands West project consists of approximately 318 placer claims, totaling 6,360 acres, and is located on the southeast side of the southern Clayton Valley. Its Macallan East property is an early-stage lithium project, covering over 267 placer claims, totaling 5,340 acres, and is located on the southeast side of the southern Clayton Valley. Clayton Valley hosts the only producing lithium operation in North America, Albemarle’s Silver Peak. The Miranda project is a lithium exploration project consists of approximately 268 placer claims over a 5,360-acre expanse in Jackson Valley, Nevada.
