The Company owns a 100% interest in Arrowhead Property, a gold property consisting of 19 mineral claims in a contiguous claim block totaling approximately 400.76 hectares, located in Joannes Township, approximately 30 kilometers (km) east of Rouyn Noranda, Quebec. It also owns a 100% interest in Bazooka Property, a gold property consisting of 29 mineral claims in one contiguous claim block totaling approximately 1,317.93 hectares, located in the Beauchastel Township approximately 7 km southwest of Rouyn Noranda, Quebec. The Arrowhead property and Bazooka East property are subject to a 2% net smelter return (NSR) royalty. The McWatters Property of the Company is located next to the eastern boundary of the Yourbeau Astoria property.
