Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. is a junior exploration company with an organic sedimentary raw rock phosphate bed, approximately 8.25 kilometers long, in northeast Nevada. The Company engages in the identification, acquisition, evaluation and exploration (E&E) of agricultural minerals in the United States (the U.S.). The Company's project, Murdock Mountain Property (the Murdock Property), is an exploration stage property prospective for clean, organic, phosphate mineralization. The Company owns a conditional 100% undivided interest in the Murdock Mountain Property covered by Prospecting Permit Application NVNV106197277 (NVN90747), covering approximately 1,813 acres. The Murdock Property is located in Elko County, Nevada, and is a nearly flat-lying sedimentary rock phosphate exploration target. It also has three new applications filed by Nevada Phosphate Exploration, NV Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, covering an additional 6,011 acres of potential phosphate resource.
