Argentina Lithium & Energy Corp. is a Canada-based natural resource company. The Company is focused on acquiring lithium projects in Argentina. The Company explores, develops and advances its four key projects covering over 70,000 hectares (ha) in the Lithium Triangle of Argentina. The Company’s projects include Incahuasi Lithium Project, Antofalla North Lithium Project, Rincon West Project and Pocitos Project. The Incahuasi Project includes a 100% interest in over 25,000 ha of granted mineral rights properties in the Incahuasi Salar and basin in Catamarca Province, Argentina. The Antofalla North Project covers about 13,000 ha, including wholly owned and optioned claims. The Rincon West Project includes mining concessions covering over 5000 ha at the Rincon Salar. The Pocitos Salar Project includes over 26,000 ha of properties. The Pocitos Salar is located approximately 100 kilometers west of the town of San Antonio de los Cobres.
