Kingman Minerals Ltd. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of resource properties. The Company is focused on sourcing and developing quality non-grass root metal properties in North America. The Company’s flagship Mohave Project (the Project) is located in the Music Mountains in Mohave County, Arizona and consists of approximately 71 lode claims, totaling 593 hectares, which are inclusive of the past producing Rosebud Mine (the Rosebud). Underground development on the Rosebud property included a 400-foot shaft and approximately 2,500 feet of drifts, raises and crosscuts. The Mohave Project lies approximately 35 miles from the town of Kingman with direct access by car from Historic Route 66 and Antares Road.
