The Company’s projects include Stars, Kitimat, Stellar, Thane, Rip, Nekash, Alpine and AUXER Gold Property. It has 100% interest in the past-producing Alpine Gold Mine, which spans 4,611 ha. It has a 100% interest in Stars Porphyry Copper-Molybdenum Property, spanning 9,693 ha in central British Columbia. The Company has a 100% interest in Kitimat Copper-Gold Property that spans 2,954 ha. It has a 100% interest in the Nekash Copper-Gold Project, a porphyry exploration opportunity located in Lemhi County, Idaho, United States. Its Stellar Property spans 5,389 ha. Its Thane Project covers 20,658 ha. It has an earn-in option of up to 80% and joint-venture agreement on the Rip Porphyry Copper-Molybdenum Project. The Company has an option agreement to acquire 100% of the possessory rights and interest in and to AUXER Gold Property.
