International Lithium Corp. is a Canada-based lithium, copper and rare metals resource exploration and development company, which is focused on Canada and Zimbabwe. In Canada, the Company's projects include Raleigh Lake, Firesteel, Wolf Ridge and Other. The primary target metals in Canada are lithium, rubidium and copper. The Raleigh Lake Lithium and Rubidium project is located near Ignace, Ontario, Canada. The Raleigh Lake project consists of approximately 32,900 hectares (ha) of mineral claims. The Firesteel Copper project consists of 17 mining claims, making up 316 mining claim units covering an area of approximately 6,600 ha. The Wolf Ridge property is comprised of 275 claim units (approximately 5,700 hectares) located 20 kilometers (kms) southwest of the town of Upsala, and 125 kms northwest of Thunder Bay, Ontario. The property is close to its copper claims at Firesteel. It also has approximately 65% interest in two projects comprised of 440 ha in Manicaland, Zimbabwe.
