About GECSF
Global Education Communities Corp is a Canada-based education and student housing investment company. The Company operates through four segments, which include Development and Construction, GEC Living, Education and Support Services, and Corporate. The Development and Construction segment focuses on developing a pipeline of GEC projects to reduce future asset acquisition costs. GEC Living segment operates a portfolio of corporate-owned and master-leased student housing properties. The Education and Support Services segment provide services to third-party clients, recruits students for GEC properties, identify institutional partners, and monitors global and domestic market intelligence within the education sector. The Corporate segment offers corporate finance, strategic planning, and liaising with institutional investors to fund expansion plans.
