Golden Arrow Resources Corporation is a mining exploration company. The Company is exploring its flagship property, the advanced San Pietro iron oxide-copper-gold-cobalt project in Chile, and a portfolio that includes nearly 125,000 hectares (ha) of prospective properties in Argentina. The San Pietro Project involves the exploration for copper, gold, iron and cobalt (IOCG) deposits within 21,000 hectares (ha) of exploration and exploitation concessions situated at modest altitude in the Atacama region of Chile, approximately 100 kilometers (km) north of the city of Copiapo. Its Yanso Gold Project includes 12,480 ha in five non-contiguous concessions in San Juan province, Argentina. Its Potrerillos Project includes 4,000 ha of 100%-controlled claims in the Valle de Cura district, just eight km east of Barrick’s Veladero gold mine and Pascua-Lama development project. Its joint venture project, Caballos Project is prospective for porphyry copper and epithermal gold-silver.
