Forge Resources Corp. is a Canadian junior exploration company. The Company is engaged in the business of the exploration and development of natural resource properties in Canada and Colombia. The Company holds an 80% interest in Aion Mining Corp., a company that is developing the fully permitted La Estrella coal project in Santander, Colombia. La Estrella contains approximately eight known seams of metallurgical and thermal coal. Aion Mining controls the FLG-111 concession that covers approximately 548 hectares (Ha) in a region of historic and current coal mining. The Company also holds an option on the Alotta project, a prospective porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum project located 50 kilometers (kms) south-east of the Casino porphyry deposit in the unglaciated portion of the Dawson Range porphyry/epithermal belt in the Yukon Territory of Canada. The Alotta property comprises 230 mineral claims covering a total of 4,723 hectares, situated in the Dawson Range gold belt in Yukon, Canada.
