Electric Metals (USA) Limited is a minerals and advanced materials company. The Company is a producer of manganese chemical and metal products from North America’s deposits, serving the electric vehicle, defense, technology, and industrial sectors. Its projects include North Star Manganese and Nevada Silver Projects. It develops the North Star Manganese Project, which is a United States domestic manganese supply chain. The Company’s flagship asset is the Emily Manganese Project in Minnesota, United States, which contains manganese deposits. Manganese is a key metal in the electric vehicle (EV) battery/energy storage revolution due to its role in lithium-ion battery chemistry. Its Corcoran Silver Project, Nevada, United States, has mineralization near-surface, is open in all directions and has a NI 43-101 inferred mineral resource of approximately 33.5 million silver-equivalent ounces. Its Nevada Silver Project includes the Corcoran Silver Project and the Belmont Silver project.
