Dateline Resources Limited is an Australian company focused on mining and exploration in North America. The Company owns 100% of the Colosseum Gold-REE Project in California. Its Colosseum Gold and Rare Earths Project are situated in San Bernardino County, California, United States. The Colosseum Gold Mine is located in the Walker Lane Trend in East San Bernardino County, California. The Colosseum is located less than 10 kilometers (km) north of the Mountain Pass Rare Earth mine. Its other projects are the Argos Strontium Project (100%, San Bernardino County) and the Music Valley Heavy Rare Earths Project (100%, Riverside County). The Argos Project comprises four patented claims situated on the southern margin of the Cady Mountains. The Music Valley HREE Project (Music Valley), located in Riverside County, California, United States. Music Valley consists of 57 claims totaling 1,140 acres.
