The Company’s Cordillera Cobre property is located within the Atacama region of the Republic of Chile, approximately 43 kilometers (km) east - northeast of the industrial mining city of Copiapo, The property comprises 26 exploitation concessions in application forming a single, contiguous block of approximately 6,858 hectares. Its Castilla Project has exploration concessions comprising approximately 5,800-hectares along the Manto Negro trend in Chile's Atacama Region. The Manto Negro open pit copper mine produced approximately 1.3 million tonnes (Mt) of 1.2 % soluble copper.
