CleanTech Vanadium Mining Corp. is a Canada-based mining company focused on critical mineral resources in the United States. It has an option to acquire 8,150 acres of mineral rights with historic Fluorspar resources across multiple projects in the Illinois-Kentucky Fluorspar district. It also owns a 100% interest in the Gibellini Vanadium Mine Project in Nevada. The Gibellini Project is made up of 565 unpatented lodes and millsite claims held directly by Nevada Vanadium’s subsidiary, Nevada Vanadium LLC (the Gibellini Claim Area) and 40 unpatented lode claims held through a long-term lease agreement. The Gibellini Project hosts three separate vanadium deposits, each with a 43-101 compliant resource estimate. Its Campbell Crotser Fluorspar Project covers over 250 acres in Livingston County, Kentucky. Its El Triunfo Gold and Antimony Project is in the Bolivian department of La Paz, over 75 kilometers east of Bolivia’s capital city of La Paz, and it spans an area of 256 hectares.
