The Company operates Center One, its principal high-capacity computation facility located in Quebec, Canada, which is powered by 20 megawatts (MW) of renewable hydroelectric energy. The facility focuses on bitcoin mining operations, generating roughly 540 PHs of mining hashrate sold to mining pools. The Company and its subsidiaries are in the business of utilizing specialized equipment to solve complex computational problems to validate transactions on the bitcoin blockchain. It has developed DataMan, a software system designed for managing computing equipment with an emphasis on efficiency through effective data and information management.
