About TMAK
Touchmark Bancshares, Inc. is the bank holding company of Touchmark National Bank (the Bank). Its segments include Small Business/ Commercial and Industrial Installment, Consumer Real Estate Installment/Agriculture Real Estate and Land, and Residential Real Estate. The Small Business/ Commercial and Industrial Installment Loans segment provides loans for commercial, industrial, or professional purposes and are generally secured by assets of the business. The Consumer Real Estate Installment/Agriculture Real Estate and Land Loans segment includes real estate development loans for which the source of repayment is the sale of property and commercial property or investment property such as office buildings, retail shopping centers, and industrial. The residential Real Estate Loans segment includes family residential units for 1-4 families, home equity line of credit, and second mortgage loans.
