Sama Resources Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development business with activities in West Africa. The Company’s main assets are its interest in Falcon Energy Materials PLC (Falcon) and its 40% interest in Sama Nickel Corporation (SNC). SNC’s main exploration and evaluation projects are PR 838 (Samapleu-Est), PR 839 (Samapleu-Ouest), PR 300 (Zeregouine), PR 604 (Grata) and PR 837 (Zoupleu), which are located in Cote d’Ivoire, West Africa, and covers a total area of approximately 835 square kilometers (km2). The Zeregouine Property is adjacent to the Samapleu Property. It owns a 100% interest in the Grata Property, which covers 92 km2 of property in the Ivory Coast. The property is located adjacent to the north-eastern boundary of the Samapleu exploration permit. It owns a 100% interest in the Zoupleu Property, which covers 135 km2 of property in Cote d’Ivoire and is located adjacent to the western edges of both Samapleu East and West properties.
