Element One Hydrogen & Critical Minerals Corp. is a Canada-based company. The Company focused on the exploration, development, and commercialization of natural hydrogen and critical mineral resources, as well as hydrogen-generation technologies. Its projects include the Union Bay Project, Star Project, Foggy Property, and HY Project. The Union Bay Project is located in the ultramafic belt in southeast (SE) Alaska and covers over 413 acres (167 hectares). The Star Project is located in the Polaris ultramafic complex of north-central British Columbia (BC) and covers over 11,082 acres (4,485 hectares). The Foggy Property is located in the Omineca Region of British Columbia, approximately 200 kilometers (km) North of Smithers, BC, and 8 km east of the Kemess South gold mine. The HY Project consists of approximately 9 contiguous mineral claims covering over 2,757.59 hectares (ha) located in the Omineca Mining Division of northwest British Columbia.
