Universal Health Realty Income Trust is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company invests in healthcare and human service-related facilities, including acute care hospitals, behavioral healthcare hospitals, specialty facilities, free-standing emergency departments, childcare centers, and medical/office buildings.
