About EIC
Eagle Point Income Company, formerly Eagle Point Income Company Inc., is an externally managed, diversified closed-end management investment company. The Company's primary investment objective is to generate high current income, with a secondary objective to generate capital appreciation. The Company seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing primarily in junior debt tranches of collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) that are collateralized by a portfolio consisting primarily of below investment grade United States senior secured loans with a number of distinct underlying borrowers across various industry sectors. In addition, the Company may invest up to 35% of its total assets in CLO equity securities. The Company may also invest in other junior debt tranches of CLOs, loan accumulation facilities (LAFs), senior debt tranches of CLOs, and other related securities and instruments, including synthetic investments. Its investment advisor is Eagle Point Income Management LLC.
