About ECAT
BlackRock ESG Capital Allocation Trust (the Trust) is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Trust's investment objectives are to provide total return and income through a combination of current income, current gains and long-term capital appreciation. The Company invests in a portfolio of equity and debt securities. The Trust intends to invest up to 25% of its total assets, measured at the time of investment, in illiquid privately placed or restricted securities. In addition, the Trust invests without limit in junk bonds, corporate loans and distressed securities. BlackRock Advisors, LLC is the Trust's investment adviser.
