The Financial Services segment provides mortgage banking solutions and title insurance services inclusive of agency and underwriting services through its wholly owned subsidiaries Jet HomeLoans, LP, DF Title, LLC and Alliant National Title Insurance Company, Inc. The Southeast segment comprised of Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa, Florida and operations in the southeast coast of Florida and southwest Florida; Atlanta and Savannah, Georgia; Hilton Head and Bluffton, South Carolina; custom homes operations in northeast Florida. The Midwest segment operates in Austin, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio, Texas; Denver, Colorado; Phoenix, and Arizona.
