Concentra Group Holdings Parent, Inc. is a provider of occupational health services in the United States. The Company delivers an extensive suite of services, including occupational and consumer health services and other direct-to-employer care. It supports the care of approximately 54,000 patients each business day on average across 46 states and the District of Columbia at its 633 occupational health centers, 415 onsite health clinics at employer worksites, and Concentra Telemed. Its segments include Occupational health centers, Onsite health clinics, and Other businesses. Occupational health centers segment encompasses the services that it delivers at its occupational health center facilities across the United States. Onsite health clinics segment delivers occupational health services and/or employer-sponsored primary care services. The Other businesses segment comprises several complementary services, such as Concentra Pharmacy, and Concentra Medical Compliance Administration.
