Bally's Corporation is a gaming, hospitality, entertainment and technology company. The Company provides its customers and partners with physical and interactive entertainment and gaming experiences. Its offerings include traditional casino gaming, iGaming, online bingo, sports book, free-to-play games and technology-driven lottery and gaming solutions. Its segment includes Casinos & Resorts, Bally’s Intralot B2B, Bally’s Intralot B2C and North America Interactive. The Casinos & Resorts segment includes 19 casino and resort properties, two horse racetracks and one golf course. Bally's Intralot B2B includes B2B global lottery and technology services operations and its licensing business. Bally's Intralot B2C includes its interactive European gaming operations, B2C lottery operations, as well as one casino property, Bally's Newcastle, in the United Kingdom. The North America Interactive segment includes a portfolio of sports betting and iGaming offerings in the United States and Canada.
