To-business-to-customer (2B2C) digital embedded insurance is the Company innovative business model. The Company’s service portfolio includes insurance brokerage services and managing general underwriter (MGU) services. The MGU services are specialized insurance brokerage services whereby the insurance companies authorize the Company to assist them in underwriting, claims and risk control services.
