The properties are geographically located in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Northeast. The Company generally leases its properties to national and regional supermarket chains and selects retailers that offer necessity and value-oriented services and items and generate regular consumer traffic. Its portfolio consists of 75 properties, including 72 retail shopping centers and three undeveloped land parcels. 21 of these properties are located in South Carolina, 12 in Georgia, 10 in Virginia, eight in Pennsylvania.
