Valor Energy Inc., formerly Senmiao Technology Limited, is a holding company principally engaged in providing automobile transaction and related services focusing on the online ride-hailing industry. The Company’s automobile transaction and related services are mainly comprised of auto operating leasing, service fees from new energy vehicles (NEVs) leasing, service for automobile purchase, auto commissions, auto financing, default revenue, as well as other supporting services provided to customers.
