It operates through four segments: Bank, VNB Trust and Estate Services, and Masonry Capital. The Bank’s commercial banking activities involve making loans, taking deposits and offering related services to individuals, businesses and charitable organizations. VNB Trust and Estate Services offers corporate trustee services, trust and estate administration, individual retirement account (IRA) administration and custody services, and offers in-house investment management services. The Masonry Capital segment offers investment management services for separately managed accounts and a private investment fund. It offers a range of banking and related financial services to meet the needs of individuals, businesses, and charitable organizations, including the fiduciary services of VNB Trust and Estate Services.
