The Company operates a Wholesale segment under the Free People, FP Movement and Urban Outfitters brands. The Nuuly segment consists of the Nuuly brand, which includes Nuuly Rent and Nuuly Thrift. Nuuly Rent is a monthly women’s apparel subscription rental service.
