The Company primarily provides funding to companies that need growth or expansion capital or are looking to finance an ownership transition. The Company invests at least 70 % of total assets in qualifying assets and provides managerial assistance to the portfolio companies in which it invests. The Company has a portfolio of investments across professional and business services, manufacturing, consumer products, software, distribution, automotive, and health and wellness.
