About OMSE
OMS Energy Technologies Inc. is a holding company. The Company conducts its business primarily through its subsidiaries in Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Brunei. The Company and its subsidiaries’ principal activities consist of the manufacturing and sale of specialty connectors and pipes, surface wellhead and Christmas tree, premium threading services, and other ancillary services, including repair of drilling tools, tubular goods and accessories.
