Its wholly owned banking subsidiary, Midland States Bank, provides a full range of commercial and consumer banking products and services, merchant credit card services, trust and investment management services, and insurance and financial planning services. Its segments include Banking, Wealth Management and Corporate. Banking segment provides a range of financial products and services to consumers and businesses, including commercial, commercial real estate, mortgage and other consumer loan products; mortgage loan sales and servicing; letters of credit; various types of deposit products, including checking, savings and time deposit accounts; merchant services, and corporate treasury management services. Wealth Management segment consists of trust and fiduciary services, brokerage and retirement planning services. Corporate segment includes the holding company financing and investment activities, and others.
