Coda Octopus Group, Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiaries, operates two businesses: the Marine Technology Business and the Marine Engineering Business. Its Marine Technology Business is a technology solution provider to the subsea and underwater market. It owns technology, including real time volumetric imaging sonar technology and diving technology, both of which are applicable to the underwater defense and commercial markets. Its imaging sonar technology products and solutions are marketed under the name Echoscope and Echoscope PIPE. Its diving technology is marketed under the name CodaOctopus Diver Augmented Vision Display (DAVD). Its Marine Engineering Businesses are suppliers of embedded solutions and sub-assemblies, which they design and manufacture and sell into integrated defense systems, such as the Close-In-Weapons System (CIWS). Its customers include service providers to oil and gas companies, renewable companies, underwater construction companies and defense bodies.
