Pathward Financial, Inc. is a financial holding company. The Company operates through its subsidiary Pathward, National Association (the Bank). The Bank operates through three segments: Consumer, Commercial, and Corporate Services/Other. Its commercial finance solution includes working capital, equipment finance and structured finance. Its partner solutions include issuing, acquiring, digital payments, financial institution solutions, credit solutions, professional tax solutions, and others.
