The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Instadose Canada is seeking to create a global distribution platform for medicinal cannabis and cannabinoid oil (Global Distribution Platform). Instadose Canada’s Global Distribution Platform spans five continents, including Africa, Europe, Asia, South America, and North America. Its Global Distribution Platform functions include organizing, managing, and sourcing the transport of medicinal cannabis from medicinal cannabis cultivation participants to one or more cannabinoid oil production participants; selling all medicinal cannabis and cannabinoid oil cultivated and/or produced by global distribution platform participants to pharmaceutical industry companies, and sourcing new medicinal cannabis cultivation and cannabinoid oil production participants across new and existing continents.
