Canoo Inc. is a mobility technology company with a proprietary modular electric vehicle (EV) platform and connected services initially focused on commercial fleet, government, and military customers. The Company has designed a modular electric platform that is purpose-built to maximize the vehicle interior space and is customizable for all owners in the vehicle lifecycle, to support a range of business and consumer applications. Its first production vehicles are the Lifestyle Delivery Vehicle, including the Lifestyle Delivery Vehicle 130 and Lifestyle Delivery Vehicle 190. Its platform architecture is a self-contained, fully functional rolling chassis that directly houses the critical components for the operation of an EV.
