Golar LNG Partners LP is a Bermuda-based company. The Company owns and operates floating storage regasification units (FSRUs) liquefied natural gas (LNG) and floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) carriers under long-term time charters. The Company operates through the LNG market segment. The Company's fleet consists of approximately six FSRUs and over four LNG carriers. The Company's FSRU vessels include Golar Spirit, Golar Winter, Golar Freeze, NR Satu, Golar Igloo and Golar Eskimo. The Company's LNG carriers include Golar Mazo, Methane Princess, Golar Grand and Golar Maria. The Company's FLNG segment is a solution for stranded gas reserves for which geographical, technical and economic limitations restrict the ability to convert these gas reserves to LNG. FLNGs offer a viable economic solution to the traditional giant land-based projects as they can be re-deployed.
