Gold'n Futures Mineral Corp. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is carrying on the business of the acquisition and exploration of properties for mining precious and base metals. It also owns six British Columbia companies, namely 1491907 BC Ltd., 1491909 BC Ltd., 1491910 BC Ltd., 1491913 BC Ltd., 1491917 BC Ltd., and 1491919 BC Ltd. (collectively, the BC Companies). Each of the BC Companies is the registered owner of mineral claims located in south-central British Columbia (the BC Claims). Its subsidiaries include Mantis Explorations Inc., Mantis Explorations Ltd., Avenue Bancorp Ltd., University Avenue Management Ltd, 1491919 BC Ltd., 1491910 BC Ltd., 1491907 BC Ltd., 1491909 BC Ltd., 1491913 BC Ltd., 1491917 BC Ltd. The BC Claims acquired through the BC Companies comprise multiple mineral title areas located in the British Columbia's copper-porphyry belt.
