DigiAsia Corp. is an embedded fintech as a service (EFaaS) company. The Company is engaged in serving business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) customers, such as large corporations and state-owned enterprises, as well as business-to-business (B2B) customers, such as micro, small and medium-sized enterprise (MSME) merchants, across various segments. It offers various embedded financial products through a set of open access application programming interfaces (APIs) that can be embedded in the mobile applications and Web interfaces of its partner customers. The Company, under its suite of license and technology stack, offers services and products through the business verticals, such as Fintech as a Service (FaaS), Banking as a Service (BaaS), and Wallet as a Service (WaaS). The Company offers its services under licenses issued by Bank Indonesia or the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia (OJK), as applicable, through brands, such as KasPro, RemitPro, DigiBos, and KreditPro.
