10:29 AM EST, 11/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- FAB Securities maintained its buy rating on Saudi Basic Industries (SASE:2010), d/b/a Sabic, with a price target of 65 Saudi riyals, following the petrochemicals manufacturer's third-quarter results. Sabic posted a 16.3% year-over-year jump in attributable net profit to 500 million riyals in the quarter, which came in above FAB's forecast of 300 million riyals, the research firm said in a Friday first look note. Meanwhile, revenue declined 3.1% over the period to 28.17 billon riyals. "Overall, 3Q26 marked a meaningful sequential improvement in SABIC's operating performance, driven primarily by the recovery in sales volumes, lower liquid feedstock costs and continued cost discipline," FAB said. "While near-term earnings remain exposed to product pricing, global supply-demand conditions and logistics disruptions, we see volume normalization, transformation savings, portfolio optimization and the selective growth pipeline as key drivers of medium-term earnings recovery."
