The project plans to invest a total of 365 million yuan and be built in two phases: the first phase produces 80,000 tons of sulfoxide chloride and 20,000 tons of sulfur dioxide, with an annual construction period of 10 months; the second phase produces 70,000 tons of sulfoxide chloride and 25,000 tons of sulfur dioxide per year. After the completion of the project, the company's sulfoxide chloride production scale will increase to 200,000 tons/year.
