Everbright Environment (00257) Proposes Issuance of RMB Shares

Zhitong Finance App News, Everbright Environment (00257) announced that on November 6, 2026, the board of directors approved a proposal to issue RMB shares, special authorizations and related matters. As of the date of this announcement, the proposed issuance of RMB shares is subject to and is subject to (including) shareholders' approval at the Company's shareholders' meeting and necessary regulatory approval before it can be implemented.

The Company proposes to initially issue no more than 800 million RMB shares, accounting for about 13.02% of the Company's issued share capital as of the date of this announcement, and the Company expanded the issued share capital by approximately 11.52% after the proposed issuance of RMB shares was completed. The company and lead underwriter may exercise the right to over-allot. The maximum amount of overallotment is 15% of the proposed initial RMB shares to be issued.

On November 6, 2026, the Company entered into an Everbright Securities sponsorship and underwriting agreement with Everbright Securities. According to this, among other things, the Company has appointed Everbright Securities as the lead underwriter and sponsor for the proposed issuance of RMB shares.
