Zhitong Finance App News, Conch Business (00586) announced that since November 6, 2026, Mr. Guo Jingbin has resigned as an executive director and will no longer serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Strategy, Sustainability and Risk Management Committee and authorized representative; Mr. Ji Qinying has resigned as Executive Director and will no longer serve as Vice Chairman of the Board, CEO of the Company, a member and authorized representative of the Strategy, Sustainability and Risk Management Committee; Mr. Wan Changbao has resigned as an executive director; Mr. Lu Wenbin has resigned as a non-executive director and will no longer serve as a member of the Strategy, Sustainability and Risk Management Committee and Remuneration and Remuneration Member of the Nomination Committee.
